Send a message
This site has no backend, so the form below does not send anything to a server. It simply composes an email in your own mail application, which you review and send yourself. That keeps the page consistent with the privacy promise on the tool itself: nothing you type here is stored or transmitted by us.

Response times
We read everything, but this is a small project. Expect a reply within about five working days, usually sooner. We cannot answer questions about your own tax position, whether a specific invoice is legally valid in your country, or how to use another company's software — for those, please speak to a qualified accountant or adviser.
Before you write about a bug
It helps enormously if you can tell us:
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen;
- your browser and version, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer;
- whether the problem also happens in a private/incognito window with no extensions;
- whether the PDF downloaded but looked wrong, or did not download at all.
